The academy in your AI assistant

The lessons of this academy are also available as Markdown — for assistants and search tools you run yourself. Point your tool at one file, and it answers how-to questions about e-Request from the same source as these pages.

Three files, one content

  • https://academy.knowhow.io/llms.txt — The table of contents: every lesson by role and language, one line with a link each. For tools that fetch addresses themselves.
  • https://academy.knowhow.io/llms-full.txt — Every lesson in one file. For uploads, or for pipelines that ingest documents.
  • https://academy.knowhow.io/learning/<lesson>.md — One lesson per file, at the same address as the page plus ".md". For precise quotes and references.

How to plug the files in

  1. Give it the address: if your assistant can read web pages, hand it the address of llms.txt. It finds the lessons from there.
  2. Upload a file: if your assistant only accepts files, upload llms-full.txt into a project or knowledge base.
  3. Crawler or pipeline: read llms.txt as the starting point; every .md file linked there belongs to the set.
  4. Freshness: the files are regenerated with every release of the academy. An uploaded copy stays as it was on upload — refresh it when lessons change.

What is in it — and what is not

  • Every published lesson, German and English, with its learning path, duration and prerequisites at the top of each file.
  • Nothing that is not on these pages: no release notes (not yet), nothing from internal material.
  • Nothing about your installation. Which modules and settings are active for you is unknown to the academy — and therefore to your assistant.

Your assistant, your data

e-Request itself connects to no AI provider. These files are public documentation read by your own tool: nothing leaves your environment, and we do not learn what you ask.

When an answer is wrong

Your assistant can only repeat what the lessons say. A wrong or missing answer is therefore usually a gap in a lesson. Report it through your usual support channel; the lesson is corrected, and the files follow with the next release.
